GET THE FREE TRANSCRIPT AT WWW.FEELGOODENGLISH.COM/13things While the advancements in technology have made our lives easier, it has, however, alienated us from our true values and distanced us from establishing real, healthy relationships. In this episode, I’m going to talk about "13 Things Mentally-Strong People Don’t Do" by Amy Morin, a licensed psychotherapist and best-selling author whose book has attracted a worldwide following and has been translated into 20 languages. The book also tells us that mental health is just as important as physical strength.
